Delete your AlgoMinutes account

Deleting your account permanently deletes everything in it. It can't be undone.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open AlgoMinutes and go to Settings.
2. Choose Delete my account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away. If you signed in with Apple, AlgoMinutes also revokes its access to your Apple ID.

If you can't use the app

Email privacy@algorythmos.com with the subject "Delete my AlgoMinutes account", from the email address you sign in with. If you can, include yourUser ID from Settings. We'll confirm the account is yours, delete it within 30 days (usually much sooner), and reply when it's done.

What's deleted

• Every recording, transcript, summary, action item, decision and chapter.
• Your search index.
• Your account, settings, product events, support messages and device push tokens.

Everything is deleted from our live systems at once, and from our backups within 30 days. Server logs that mention your account's ID expire within 30 days. We keep a record that the account was deleted (its IDs, with no content) for 30 days, so it can't be recreated by mistake, and payment records for as long as tax law requires once subscriptions are sold.

To delete a single note instead, open it in the app and choose Delete.
